End User License Agreement — QuickBooks MCP (Team Trinet)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the internal QuickBooks Online integration operated by Dignetix Ltd for Team Trinet (“the App”). The App is not a commercial product, is not distributed to the public, and is not licensed to any party outside Dignetix Ltd and its subsidiaries. By using the App, an authorized user agrees to the terms below.

1. License grant

Dignetix Ltd grants authorized Team Trinet personnel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App solely for Team Trinet’s own internal accounting purposes. This right may be withdrawn at any time, for any reason, at Dignetix Ltd’s discretion.

2. Permitted use

The App may be used only to view Team Trinet’s own QuickBooks Online data and, where the user holds write authorization, to record Payment and Deposit transactions against Team Trinet’s own QuickBooks Online company. Use of the App to access, or attempt to access, any QuickBooks company other than Team Trinet’s is prohibited.

3. Restrictions

Users may not:

• Copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise make the App available to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
• Use the App to circumvent the access controls, write restrictions, or audit logging described in the accompanying Privacy Policy
• Use the App for any company’s accounting data other than Team Trinet’s

4. Write access and confirmation

Only individuals explicitly authorized by Dignetix Ltd may create or update records through the App. Every write action requires the authorized user’s explicit confirmation before it is submitted to QuickBooks Online; the App will not submit a write action without it. Deletion of QuickBooks records is disabled in the App entirely and cannot be enabled by any user.

5. No warranty

The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Users remain responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of any data the App proposes to submit to QuickBooks Online before confirming it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dignetix Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Third-party services

The App relies on QuickBooks Online (operated by Intuit Inc.), Claude (an AI assistant operated by Anthropic), and Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Use of the App is also subject to the applicable terms of those services. The App is not created, endorsed, or certified by Intuit Inc.

8. Termination

Dignetix Ltd may suspend or terminate any user’s access to the App at any time, including by revoking their authentication credentials, without notice.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to Dignetix Ltd’s principal place of business, Troy, Michigan USA.
